Gwyn is a coach, facilitator and consultant with over seventeen years of hands‐on experience in learning and organizational development. She spent the majority of her career in the media and entertainment industry at Viacom and NBCUniversal where she worked with executives and teams to support strategic planning, team development and leadership effectiveness. In addition to working in media, Gwyn also served as the VP of Human Resources for New York & Company, a wear‐to‐work retailer for women.
Having led in internal roles, Gwyn understands the unique challenges that individuals and teams face as they navigate constant change within organizations. As an executive coach, she has supported new leaders as they navigate the challenges of adapting to their new roles, taking on greater responsibilities and expanding their scope as leaders. Gwyn enjoys coaching leaders who are looking to reach their full potential.
