May Van

May’s passion is leadership effectiveness, organizational development and human resource management. Throughout her career, she had the honor and joy of leading people to deliver and exceed business results by empowering teams and helping employees realize their potential.

May continues to pursue her passion of helping professionals making positive change. An adjunct professor at West Chester University, she teaches human resource management with an emphasis in leadership and ethics. She is a board member of several non-profit organizations. May’s personal approach and authentic communication style makes her an effective change agent. She was recently honored to be a commencement speaker for graduate students at her alma mater.

May spent her professional career working for American and European based multinationals and managed many global teams. She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese. With the experiences and skills, she is able to bridge the cultural and managerial differences between Asian and Western business cultures.
