Cassandra Moore is an ICF Certified Coach. She provides professional coaching to individual, group and company clients in the areas of leadership development, career and life purpose. Cassandra is known as the Motivational Leader of the Human Capital movement. It’s a movement dedicated to helping people GROW, pursue their passions and feel a greater sense of purpose. Throughout her extensive Human Resources career, she has influenced senior leaders and their leadership teams to value their most important and precious commodity, their People. Cassandra has a dynamic Human Resources background with over 20 years of experience and specialization in the development and implementation of HR programs. She has great success with large-sized companies across multiple industries and in non-union work structures, driving broad range experiences toward organizational goals. Her experience includes employee engagement, leadership development, career management, diversity and inclusion, talent management, executive presence and personal branding.
Cassandra previously served as Senior Director of Employee Engagement for Comcast Business, headquartered in Philadelphia. In this role she was responsible for partnering with Business Leaders and HR to proactively respond to current climate challenges and cultivate positive employee relations and build engagement.
Prior to Comcast, she held various HR Leadership roles both in Corporate and Field retail environments at GSI Commerce, Siemens Corporation, Staples and Liz Claiborne. During her tenure at Staples she was responsible for over 2,000 field employees in New York and New Jersey. She was also instrumental in the creation and implementation of the “Partnership for Success” mentoring program for over 1,200 U.S. retail stores within Staples’ footprint.
Cassandra’s strength and passion for people is evident in her involvement with a number of Diversity and Inclusion efforts. At Comcast, she served as a Diversity Champion for Cable Headquarters; she was the Professional Development Lead for the Black Employee Network (BEN) and the Women’s Network Employee Resource Groups. When her tenure ended, she remained active and engaged as a member of the Advisory Board for BEN and an acting member of the Women’s Network.
Cassandra is an active volunteer in and outside of work. She formerly served as an adjunct professor at Middlesex County College in New Jersey, Corporate Mentor for the M.A.P.S. Scholars Program at Middlesex County College, Co-Chair of the African American Affinity Group at Siemens Corporation and VP of Sponsorship and External Affairs for the Philadelphia Chapter of the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources (NAAAHR). Cassandra currently serves as Board Vice President for the International Coach Federation (ICF) Philadelphia Chapter and Board Secretary for the National Association for Multi-Ethnicity in Communications (NAMIC) Philadelphia Chapter; a “Big Sister” for the Big Brothers/Big Sisters Program of Southeastern Pennsylvania; mentor for Philadelphia Mastery Charter High School Internship Program; volunteer for Temple University, Girls Inc. of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey and Comcast Cares Day. A strong community advocate, Cassandra shares her gift of coaching with all individuals striving to be better versions of themselves.
Cassandra holds an ICF Associate Certified Coach credential. She is a Certified Professional Coach and Master Practitioner of the Energy Leadership Index, both certifications obtained from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching. She also holds a BA in Communications from the State University of New York at Geneseo. She and her family reside in the Philadelphia area.
