Dana Band is an affiliate of Bridge Between bringing 15+ years of experience in sales and sales management and is an experienced facilitator. Her past experience in training include managing the new to position sales curriculum for Xerox Corporation.
Prior to starting her own consulting firm, Dana spent a ten year career at Xerox Corporation in senior sales and training roles. She was responsible for development and delivery of the new to position sales training program and instructed the new to position sales manager training for the Xerox, North American Sales Group.
Preceding her career at Xerox she worked for the Dale Carnegie Training organization as a training consultant and instructor. Some of her clients included: Air Products and Chemicals, Sunoco, Wawa Corporation, Boeing, Lutron Electronics and Lucent Technologies.
Dana launched her career in training as an adventure-based instructor guiding 1 to 30 day wilderness programs. Activities such as white-water rafting, ropes courses, alpine towers and rock climbing set the context for building respect, responsibility, trust, self-confidence and strengthening teams.
