Eric Herrenkohl

Eric Herrenkohl is the President of Herrenkohl Consulting, an executive coaching and consulting firm that he founded in 2002. He works with organizations and executives who want to get better at finding and keeping top talent.

Eric is the author of the upcoming book Crowbar:  Pry away top talent, hire strong performers, and avoid the walking dead. His previous book How to Hire A-Players is an Amazon bestseller published by Wiley. Recruiter.com calls it one of the top 10 recruiting books ever written.

Eric holds a master’s degree from Covenant Seminary in St. Louis and an undergraduate degree in economics and history from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.  He serves as a volunteer mentor for The Workshop School, an Philadelphia public high school. He loves jiu jitsu and considers it a victory every time he walks off the mat injury free. Eric and his wife Kelly and their four children in the Philadelphia area.
