Eric is the author of the upcoming book Crowbar: Pry away top talent, hire strong performers, and avoid the walking dead. His previous book How to Hire A-Players is an Amazon bestseller published by Wiley. Recruiter.com calls it one of the top 10 recruiting books ever written.

Eric holds a master’s degree from Covenant Seminary in St. Louis and an undergraduate degree in economics and history from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He serves as a volunteer mentor for The Workshop School, an Philadelphia public high school. He loves jiu jitsu and considers it a victory every time he walks off the mat injury free. Eric and his wife Kelly and their four children in the Philadelphia area.
