The largest contribution has been the recognition of my strengths and opportunities as a leader. I have had weekly sessions with Shannon Cassidy. These sessions enabled me to focus, develop business plans, become a more effective leader and communicator, and set goals. I truly do not believe I would have accomplished all of the above without Shannon’s guidance, expertise and knowledge.
After three years of a merger, I have been able to establish trust with my Divisional Vice President. With respect to my immediate direct reports, each person has a better understanding of their specific career goals and the developmental suggestions to achieve their aspirations. Our team today is focused with high energy and a tremendous trust factor.
